We try to source our breakfasts locally and with the New Forest mark. Breakfast
                             includes a choice of: - fruit juice, cereal, yoghurts, fruit salad, croissants, bread,
                             marmalade, preserve, ham and cheese, fresh coffee and a selection of teas.

                                Pets:                    We regret that we do not cater for pets of any kind.

                                Arrivals:              We are most grateful for arrivals after 3PM, but are
                                                              happy to arrange alternative time if possible.

                               Departures:         Before 11AM, please.

                               Smoking policy:  Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings.

                               Payment:              A deposit will be required for advanced bookings. Payment
                                                            on arrival, cash or cheque backed by card.
