There is a small private courtyard area with table and chairs for the sole use of visitors,    
                             as well as the use of a summer house to enjoy the views.

                             The annexe is centrally heated by oil and there is constant hot water. Bed linen and towels
                             are included and there is ample private parking. There are full ironing facilities and a                                                                       hairdryer.              

                            The accomodation is designed for two people plus a cot. However, we are sorry but there is
                            no smoking, and as there are sheep and pheasants in the paddock and surrounding farmland,
                            we cannot accept pets.
